The PV Liquid Vinyl System

The PV Liquid Vinyl System was developed to overcome one of the inherent deficiencies in conventional surface coatings...that is to provide film continuity in the event of any existing or developing cracks and corrosion protection.

The PV Liquid Vinyl System has advantages over other conventional vinyl coatings due to:

The PV-System has improved intercoat adhesion

The PV-System can be applied to virtually any dry, clean porous substrate and clean hard surfaces. Concrete, masonry, stucco, plaster, sheet rock, stainless steel, wood, fibreglass and acrylic.

The PV-System has a tensile strength of 1500 psi and elongates in excess of two hundred percent at 21 degrees celsius and remains flexible at temperatures as low as minus 30 degrees celsius.

The PV-System does not support combustion.

The PV-System has improved abrasion resistance, after 1000 cycles with a Taber CS-17 wheel the abrasion loss was one quarter of 25 microns thickness.

The PV-System retains it's colour. Coated surfaces have gone beyond 10 years without discolouration.

The PV-System may be rejuvenated at anytime.

The PV-System is easily cleaned with simple detergents.

The PV-System will not allow mildew or mould to grow and is unaffected by most acids, alkalis, oils and even seawater.
